My 33+ years experience in Human Resources has ranged over industry domains of Retail, Banking, Audit & Financial Services Consulting, Information Technology as well a Manufacturing.
With sound competencies in the area of Human Resources and business domains, I have built & managed successful HR teams in various organizations for Business support.
I have setup on 3 occasions Human Resources function from scratch in a start-up environment.
In addition to my corporate experience, I have co-founded 2 companies providing HR technology and HR shared services solutions. I also serve as an HR advisor for multiple companies at various scale up stages.

I am a Chartered Accountant who enjoys working at the intersection of finance and business growth. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to partner closely with leadership teams, helping them make better decisions by simplifying complex financial insights into clear, actionable steps. My work has spanned financial planning, risk management, compliance, and building strong processes, but what I value most is using finance as a tool to enable progress—not just control it.
I take a practical, hands-on approach and like being involved in solving real business problems, especially during phases of growth and change. At the core, I’m driven by creating meaningful impact through disciplined thinking, collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership.
